About
Andy Weiss
Andy brings over 25 years of wireless, broadband and MSO cable experience while at Cox Communications. Over the course of his career, he proved to be a versatile telecom executive with proven ability to execute complex, high-impact initiatives across strategy, finance, operations and program/portfolio management.

Prior to founding Paceline Foundry, Andy led the build, launch and operations of Cox Mobile, Cox's 5G MVNO. His career at Cox also includes leading the program office for their multi-billion dollar network transformation, several partnerships with Comcast and Time Warner Cable, as well as other retail wireless ventures. Andy joined Cox as a CPA responsible for their SEC reporting and advising on various M&A transactions. He began his career in financial audit at PwC, focused on public telecom and software development clients.

Andy is a graduate of the JM Tull School of Accounting at the University of Georgia and is a former Certified Public Accountant.
